Today’s wedding has been in the works for a little while now, and I’m finally ready to unleash the longest blog feature in Clark+Walker history! That’s right, these Hall of Springs wedding photos will be the longest feature we’ve ever run both in terms of number of images, and number of spreads. Jessica+Nitin had an amazing 2 day, multi-cultural wedding at the Hall of Springs in Saratoga Springs that we were absolutely honored to be a part of. We truly get the pleasure of working with some amazing couples – and you know that’s not just a PR comment… look at our blog!! However these two, and their families, are the kind that make you truly appreciate your job and just how awesome it really is. Every time I wanted to publish this blog I felt like I needed to add a little more, to try and do it justice. It took a little longer than I would have liked, but hopefully it was worth the wait:
I’ve been practically living at the Gideon this year for my Hall of Springs wedding photos… which is great for me since I know all the gorgeous spots!
And get the gorgeous brides :)
Nitin and the guys were rocking the porch suite, giving me some great light as well
And I was loving the suits guys!
First look time
Once we headed over to the ceremony, I was on the look out for cool moments like these… it’s such an advantage having a studio full of insanely good shooters. It gives me the trust to let them capture the more standard stuff while I can stay creative and giving my couples new stuff and different angles
This angle was the best angle by far, but I had to be super quiet and secretive… in moments like this I turn the shutter on silent and take off my shoes :)
We’re fortunate to have the Avenue of the Pines for our Hall of Springs wedding photos
We don’t always have THIS though!
Or couples willing to do this :)
The reception on Saturday looked absolutely gorgeous, the lighting and all
Hall of Springs provides such a great backdrop for our wedding photos
Of course you know we love our butta light, but we also feel our strong suit is capturing moments like these throughout the day as well
Speaking of butta light……. CMON you know I had it coming!!!!
After we all took a quick catnap over-night we were back at it on Sunday for the Indian wedding ceremony – Total Events rocking the house!
Jessica and the girls seem to look great no matter what they’re wearing?
A race through the Park on the wedding morning…. NOT going to stop our baraat!! Kick up your legs and turn the light bulbs… let’s kick it!
The Hall of Springs wedding ceremony by the reflecting pool was literally the perfect day. Warm, a touch of clouds, nice breeze… exactly what you’d want for a wedding ceremony
These 2 look incredible
Thank you both SO much for allowing us to capture your Hall of Springs wedding photos, both sets on both days :)
