Epic!! That’s the only way I can describe this gorgeous Sagamore wedding. Generally we feature a wedding on the blog with either photo or video, but today we’re featuring both at the same time with Agata+Mark’s wedding. We had such a blast capturing both photo+video, and it was such a team effort, it just seemed like everything needed to be shared together.

We knew coming into this wedding it was going to be a highlight for us. June is almost always our busiest month, and these guys kicked the month off with excitement, energy, and model-like looks. I’ve gotten to know these 2 from a good many emails, and meetings, and it honestly felt like I was showing up to a friend’s wedding just taking pictures for them. Usually this is the part of the blog where I insert some of the info the couple has given me as commentary throughout the feature, but I’m actually going to switch it up. I’m going to post entire sections of the comments Agata shared with me throughout the post – you’ll see the questions in bold+italics. We’re going to start with their proposal story, then dive into the photo and video!

How did you meet? Do you have a special proposal story? We met in NYC but we actually fell in love in Lake George! Mark has been coming to Lake George for 4th of July all of his life & we’ve kept that tradition together since. Our first date was actually in Lake George and we’ve been together since. Days before we got engaged, we just came back from the beautiful Amalfi coast but Mark knew that there is no place more special to us than Lake George so he proposed right in Lake George on Sagamore’s Morgan boat! It was perfect!
Let’s get to these Sagamore wedding photos! This was not a 1 pair of shoes kind of wedding :)
The dress was phenomenal, as expected (you’ll see Mark’s reaction to it in the video below). The florals were from Renaissance, nothing more even needs to be said (love them).
Agata had these awesome cups for the ladies to toast with. Each cup had the type of alcohol written on it.

What are your wedding colors and/or themes? We wanted a romantic garden style with tones of pinks/ peach, greenery and hints of yellow surrounded by candles.
Another HOT bride and bridal party!
Meanwhile we’re back with Mark and the guys doing their thing. Mark is just a phenomenal guy, full of positive energy, he just brought the same passion to the wedding that we have (which is rare, but inspiring).
HOT groom alert too!
The guys were great for us all day throughout the Sagamore property
First look time! Classic Sagamore wedding photos with Lake George as the backdrop
This blessing before we went to the church was a bit emotional
Mark was showing us how it’s done! My man!
We had to finally retreat to some shade for the wedding ceremony

Then we were out on Miss Boathouse for some Lake George wedding photos
I love the Sagamore wedding photos around the property
Did you incorporate any fun themes/motifs or design elements? Although we were getting married in Lake George we wanted touches of our Polish roots to be throughout the wedding: we had handmade vases imported from Poland with the placement cards, traditional poppy flowers for cocktail hour, a pierogi station at cocktail hour, band included a Polish singer and our after-party DJ was Polish.
What is your inspiration when planning your wedding? We’re a couple that loves to have fun so we really wanted the atmosphere to be welcoming. Our priority was for people to enjoy themselves and dance all night. Everything came out perfect and as cheesy as it sounds, we knew the day would be perfect because no matter how the weather or d├ęcor turned out, we were just so excited about becoming one in the place where it all began. The enthusiasm of our dear friends and family was really the driving energy of room.
The Sagamore reception looked incredibly, and everyone was chanting their names and partying from start to finish.
BUTTA LIGHT – c’mon this wedding has everything! You think we weren’t going to get some #buttalight too?!
