It’s with my pleasure to show you an Equinox Resort wedding for the record books with Lindsay+Marc at the Equinox Resort in Manchester, VT. Vermont weddings are some of our favorites here at Clark+Walker, especially in late summer/early fall.

Lindsay+Marc met in London and Lindsay moved there in August 2008 to work for Barclays where Marc was already working (he’s English).

With Lindsay working in fashion I knew I would have some really awesome style all day! Let’s start this blog post off right with some red bottom shoes!

What fashionista doesn’t have two wedding dresses?!

They grow them handsome apparently across the pond.

These are always the types of moments I’m looking for throughout the day

How about all this detail!!! ??  Amazing job, Lindsay.

Oh Equinox Resort wedding – how I love thee

We grow them smokin’ hot over here too!

I will be forever grateful to the minister of this wedding. We all knew a big huge storm with tornado warnings was coming and the minister kept things moving for a small chance for photos outside.

I literally took all this pictures in about 3-5 minutes. I wish I had more time, but I’m grateful for even that! Lindsay+Marc were great sports about it!

Such a great backdrop for this Equinox Resort wedding

The Equinox Resort is perfect for Vermont wedding photos

The storms and tornadoes came and knocked the power out of the reception for the rest of the evening. The Equinox did get a back up generator for the band and they had just a few lights. But I loved it and you can’t even tell can you?

Thier wedding cake had little penguins on top with an American and Union jack flag

So dashing! I honestly feel like the lighting gave the wedding photos at this Equinox event even more “feel” if you will

Lindsay wanted to share this advice for future brides: “I can remember throughout the planning process we talked about what could go wrong and you try so hard to plan for any event. But when it comes downs to it, it’s about the marriage of two people who love each other more than anything – and their friends and family there to celebrate it. I never thought we’d lose power for the whole night (it didn’t come back on until we were leaving the ballroom), something we could never have planned. But it didn’t matter (although we did panic for a little when we didn’t think the band could play – they are too amazing to miss!), our friends and family were there and no matter what we were going to have the party of our lives…and we were married!!! So, all I want to share with brides and grooms-to-be – never forget what you’re there to do that day and the people you’re with will make it the most amazing celebration! Enjoy every second of the planning process and the day – it goes by in the blink of an eye and if you’re lucky enough to have Clark+Walker they’ll capture every moment so you can always remember the happy day :)”
