I’m so excited to share the absolutely stunning wedding of my good friends, Amy+Nico on the blog this afternoon! Nico was introduced to us as a lawyer through our real estate dealings and from legal advice to golf partner he’s become our personal lawyer, company lawyer, and friend throughout our dealings. We first met Amy on an afternoon to the Saratoga Racetrack and from there to being the starlet of our engagement shoot together, as well as being in the wedding beauty industry (Her Instagram @amyv95 is a must follow) – well I know everyone has been waiting to see these wedding images. They put together an all-star team of professionals, brought their A game as usual, and I have a beautiful feature in store below. First though I wanted to get Amy to share her thoughts on the wedding before we dive into the photos:

“We wanted our wedding to really show our personalities! A taste of old hollywood glam with a modern twist. We wanted to really capture that feeling of a oplulent “gatbsy” like party, but maintain a fun, relaxed atmopshere for our guests. While some of our requests were a little out of the box (a giant flower wall, champagne bubbly bar ice sculpture, and whismical white cotton candy to surprise guests) we had an absolute dream team working with us to bring our vision to life. Katie O really has her finger on the pulse of all things trending when it comes to weddings. She connected us with the perfect vendors to take on our ideas. The highlight of the decor was our flower wall. Fleurtacious designs was able to create a 12 foot flower wall made entirely of hand-cut paper flowers, that we used for both the ceremony and behind our head table at the reception. Overall our goal was for everyone to just have a great time! From the photobooth to the food everyone seemed to have a fabulous night, and thats all we wanted!”

We had Amy put her dress on at 60 State Place because of their bridal suite with the huge windows!
Amy and all the bridesmaids were great in front of the camera – which we knew was going to be the case
I just teased this series of images on our Instagram, but I love the emotion as Amy’s parent’s see her in her wedding dress for the first time that afternoon. The indoor beauty of this 60 State Place wedding helped make everything look especially gorgeous
Amy was a knockout
Nico is always smooth, and always looks good

Once we got done with the guys it was time to get these 2 together for some quick Albany wedding photos

After that it was time to head to Kiernan Plaza for the wedding ceremony
I love this series as Amy and her Father prep for coming down the aisle together
This was my first time at Kiernan Plaza, but I hope to come back – the location was gorgeous!
We’re always trying to find little glances like this…
and these….
and these!
My man Nico killin it in the butta light!!
This image was one of the most popular we’ve posted on our Instagram

The reception room design helped make our 60 State Place wedding photos look beautiful

Phenomenal toasts of course
And lastly we had to head out for some night portraits since we were right in the middle of downtown Albany. Gotta love the opportunity 60 State Place weddings gives us!

Thank you both so much for allowing us to be a part of your fantastic 60 State Place wedding!!!
